i had a wonderful day spent in a very meaningful way. had to thank maryanne for inviting me to attend the 40 days of purpose programme organized by her church. xDD

woke up at about 1030am which was utterly early for me! crawled out of bed and merely drank a cup of horlicks before rushing out of the house.

anyhow. i reached there late though i had tried my best to get ready as fast as possible! maryanne was smsing me frantically wanting to know where i was. lolx! sorry! (:

went into the service room and sang songs. learnt a few christian songs today! (: i was real surprised and at the same time happy when i see that all the church people were so enthu. some of them even started jumping to the music! xDD

then there was a skit put up. yepyep. it shows 3 different people. the 3 of them were living life without a purpose. had been pondering over this question lately. many of us had only put studying as our only purpose to live life. but sadly- it' not. we could look at it from Colossians 1:16 where it says: for everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible.. everything got started in him and finds its purpose in him."

yepyep. it was then when i finally found my purpose in living and realized that i shouldn't be that family, school and friends centered.

just hope my mom allows me to go again next week but i highly doubt so. -sigh`

and thank goodness for the book [ the purpose driven life by rick warren ] which was given out when i attended the service. at least i'm able to kill boredom and time and at the same time knowing the real purpose on earth. xDD

this whole confusing matter. frankly. i didn't even know where does the problem lies. nono. it doesn't matter who is in it. but where. where does it start? i've no idea. it was heart aching to see all of us in a state where we are having a "cold-war" with each other. after seeing what she had sent me. i was surprised at how differently each of them thought. all of them had different views of what was happening. sickening. yes. i was at loss and didn't know how to help and solve the problem. :|

anyways. read the 17mag and saw this pair of slippers at $10 from made in heaven! whoosh` it's so- classy but chic! (: i doubt i even look good in them! oh wells. and a bag from ripcurl at $40. gosh- it was so expensive but lovely looking at the same time! ooh. materialistic me. xDD

emeline had changed my chinese name to vanessa lee loves emeline! lolx! weird isn't it? anyhow was real amused! i wonder how you translate it to chinese! han yu pin yin perhaps? hahas!

school officially starts tomorrow. i'll miss the days when all of us slack and rot ourselves to death by playing uno cards. (: and the post activities! and the time when no teacher came to class to supervise us other than when miss ang came to scold us for being noisy. =X lolx!

i realized that i'd been kept away too long from ice cream that i couldn't take it anymore! xDD had lost weight over the weekends. :| i seriously need some fats in my body! hahas.
