A few weeks ago, i found this postcard written by my lovely form teacher in S2!
Dear Vanessa,
You are a very responsible and quiet girl. Your perserverance to work hard in your Maths is admirable.
Life has many unexpected turns. It is your perserverance that distinguish you from the rest. Never give up and continue to put in your best in any work or task assigned to you.
May the light of giving shine through and the calling of teaching be strong...

幸运有一对一直在我背后支持我的父母,
但往往被校方无影的失望及压力束缚。
I want to play the game on my own grounds.
"Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.
Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.
Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air."
1 Corinthians 9:24-26
PS: hehe, thanks Minyen for showing this passage to me at the Jackie Pullinger seminar:)
