Rewards and punishments, actions and consequences... I wonder what kind of values I am passing down to my kids with my methods of discipline? Methods such as removing a privilege in response to poor behaviour... How will this eventually frame their worldview?

What is my role as a preschool teacher? How can I strengthen the partnership with the families? Who am I in the lives of these young children?

God, give me the wisdom and capacity to love each day!
